The Principles of Addiction Recovery Conference Update
Hi everyone! Thank you so much for your efforts thus far in planning The Principles of Addiction Recovery Conference.
We’re ready to do a marketing blitz, and we are asking for your help! Please reach out to anyone who might be interested in this conference, noting these main points:
- The conference is ideal for professionals in addiction recovery as well as family members or friends of people in recovery, or people in recovery themselves. It’s not for practitioners and professionals only!
- The early bird price ends March 15th, so encourage people to purchase tickets as soon as possible.
- The event will be live in St. Paul, MN (with ample opportunities for connection with other attendees), and also virtually via livestream. The price is the same for both options.

You can reach out in any way you'd like. Here are some possibilities:
- Talk with colleagues, friends and others about the event and why you see it as a turning point in addiction recovery. Share your personal experience if you can. That goes further than anything else you might share.
- If you have an email list, please consider sending an email about this event. (graphics and copy are attached)
- Share on social media. There is possible copy and graphics sized for both Facebook and Instagram attached. Feel free to use the copy provided, but also consider personalizing that copy to make it your own. You sharing your experience with this new paradigm has the most impact.
In terms of email and social media sharing, we’re asking one huge favor. We’d like everyone here to share on either Tuesday, February 18th and/or Wednesday, February 19th. The idea is to create a stir on those two days, where anyone connected to any of us is sure to see more than one mention of the conference on Facebook that day.
